Hi! My name is Kelly, thank you for visiting! I am a passionate chocolate maker and educator with over 11 years experience as a professional chocolatier and event host!

It's been my dream to bring a vibrant, inclusive chocolate experience, creating a community where we can spoil each other and celebrate our love for chocolate! 

Creating a high quality line of chocolate products that are hand craft and hand tempered in small batches to ensure quality and precision. We offer everything we make in your preference of milk, white, 55% semisweet or 72% bittersweet dark chocolates! That way you can always get your favourite!

In general we will have a small selection of products available for instant purchase, however, the majority of orders are made fresh and special for you! Once you've placed your Hot Shot Chocolate order, details head to production to make fresh for you at the nearest possible date! This may require up to 72 hours to produce (sometimes up to 1 week during busy seasons). For this reason, we ask customers to please consider ordering early. You can always send us an email to say you'd like the order ready for a certain date and we are happy to do our best to accommodate!

Land Acknowledgment

We honour the land that we live and work on which is the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is now home to many Indigenous Nations from across Turtle Island including First Nations, the Inuit and the Metis. These nations and the land we live and work on were subject to the Dish with One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, an agreement to peaceably share and care for the land and it's resources. Other Indigenous Nations and all settlers, immigrants and newcomers are invited into this covenant in the spirit of respect and friendship. Today, Tkaronto, now known as Toronto is under Treaty #13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit.

Anti-Racism and Discrimination Statement

We honour and support the activism and importance of Black Lives Matters. We support the activism for justice for all BIPOC and put in our efforts to be anti-racist. We acknowledge we still have much to learn and correct within ourselves. We will not contribute to systematic racism and we will listen to BIPOC voices in efforts to continue learning, lift up their voices and help however we can. We will strongly look within our own policies and practises in efforts to be anti-racist and inclusive now as well as while we grow in the future.
