Do you offer Contactless Curbside Pickup?
Yes! Contactless curbside pickup is our first recommended option as it's the most cost saving for you! FREE!
To save on shipping & delivery costs, we recommend our customers select "Pickup" when checking out online where you will be given our address from our downtown Toronto location which adds no extra shipping or delivery fee to your order!
Pickup Location: Head Office (Not a retail space) 97 Carlton St, Toronto, ON.
-Located on the south side of Carlton St, between Church & Jarvis street.
-Closest Subway Station: College Station, walk East on south side of Carlton past Church St, before Jarvis St.
-Parking Options: Street parking available in front of building except from 3pm-7pm weekdays
Do you offer delivery?
No, at this time we do not have a delivery option. Please see our shipping options available.
How much will shipping cost:
Please use our shipping calculator at checkout for exact shipping costs. We ship via Canada Post with expedited shipping. Shipping also includes cost of shipping materials ie: box, bubble wrap etc.
Do you offer Canada wide or International shipping?
At this time we currently only offer shipping within Ontario Canada. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We freshly hand make your orders from scratch and prepare orders first come first serve. In general it can take between 1-3 business days to produce your order and in high volume times it may take up to 7 business days to complete production of your order. We work on a 1st come 1st serve basis unless communicated any urgency. If you would like your order by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best to get your order to you for that time.
When will my shipment arrive?
Orders will be shipped out as soon as possible and you will be notified via email with a tracking number. Canada Post offers expedited shipping options although it is important to note that with the current delays due to covid-19, we cannot guarantee an exact time or date. We ask for your patience and we will do everything we can do to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
If you need your chocolate order by a certain date please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you by that date.
Do you deliver during summer months?
With the heat of summer months (May to August) our chocolate product is more at risk of melting or producing fat bloom within temperature conditions higher than 24 degrees celsius. Due to this we do not recommend shipping chocolate orders and encourage local pickup or delivery to ensure temperature control and quality of your products.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any of our chocolate orders. If you are unsatisfied with your order please let us know and we would be happy to discuss alternate options.
